SHIPPING
Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days once orders are placed and payment is received.
*Due to COVID-19 delivery of orders from all carriers may take longer than normal.
Nikki's Body Butter Distillery (Nikki's BBD) is not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged mail. We are not responsible for mis-delivery or incorrect shipping information.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: If you place an order and provide Nikki's BBD with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of Nikki's Body Butter Distillery, with no refund issued.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS: We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
WARM WEATHER/LOCATIONS: Our products do not contain any preservatives, as a result butters may melt in transit during the warmer seasons or to warmer locations. If your butter is melted, place your butter in the refrigerator upon receipt. The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Order items are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION. Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. Please make note of the pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing. To avoid delay in shipping of other pre-order sale items and ready to ship items, please place each pre-order sale in a separate order. All items placed in the same order are shipped together. Estimated production time for pre-orders is 1-2 weeks from closing date of pre-order listing - SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Please DO NOT contact us on the status of your pre-order before the estimated production time listed above. You will receive tracking via email once your pre-order items have shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order If you need an item by a designated date, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. Pre-orders can have production delays. When placing your pre-order you agree to these terms. DO NOT place a pre-order if you are not willing to wait for your item(s) to arrive. NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, SIZE CHANGES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR PRE-ORDER.
REFUNDS
All products are homemade and due to the nature of the product and its ingredients we can not accept any exchanges or refunds once your order has been placed.
